About Ms. Kristina Kutsitaru
Kristina brings over 12 years of combined expertise in education and psychology to her role as Program Advisor at MindSproutLab. Her experience working directly with children and teens in educational and therapeutic settings provides invaluable insight into creating programs that are developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed, and genuinely supportive of young people’s emotional growth and wellbeing.
Her expertise in supporting young people through anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress management, and emotional regulation directly informs MindSproutLab’s approach to youth programming. Kristina understands the complex intersection of mental health, learning, and development, allowing her to guide program design that addresses the whole child while remaining accessible and practical for families.
Kristina’s combination of educational expertise, clinical training, and dedication to youth mental health makes her an invaluable member of the MindSproutLab advisory team.
